Basic System Requirements
For those using 56k modem or slower, a DOWNLOAD MANAGER can be helpful. GET RIGHT is a good
programme to use for downloading large files, with the bonus feature of pausing and resuming the download.
Tips for those using Firefox :
Below is some info e.mailed to me by a customer which may be of help
to anyone using Firefox , wanting to save their downloads.
Well, this morning I noticed that
If I clicked on your link in the email (I am on a Mac, so just a
single click) it triggered a Quicktime window which would show the
movie in 'real time' - depending on the speed of the connection - but
would not allow me to Save the movie unless I had Quicktime Pro (it
said). So, While the movie was downloading I went into the File menu
of Firefox and held down 'Save Page As'. When I did that, it
triggered the 'Download' process and I was rewarded with a saved .mpg
on my Desktop.
Transactions will appear on your statement as 'D.F.Graphics'
