Product Warranty:
I prefer to have happy customers and will readily refund your purchase if a cd is found to be defective.
Each cd is tested before being shipped, I make these cd's myself and test each one on completion, they
are not mass produced, and I stand by my product. The video format is MPEG1 ,this is the most widely
playable video format and just about any computer can play these. Windows Mediaplayer has a built in MPEG
viewer. A processor speed of 400mhz and upward and at least 64 mb ram recommended.
While I guarantee each of my cd's, I am not responsible for your computer's abilities, if a cd is returned , un-damaged,
and found to be defective, I will be happy to refund or replace.
